Timor Maubesse

The Timor coffee is our boldest coffee after the Kenyan. A high body, medium acid, strong character coffee with flavors that change with temperature. Smoky and toasty to start with when piping hot, then adding winey tones to finish with light sweetness upon cooling .

Columbian

We roast it medium dark to get an aromatic classic coffee. Our columbian coffee has a taste on a bitter edge on the first sip, but the after tase is more smooth, floral and hints of light chocolate. This is a more acidic cup with medium body.

Royal Mysore EB (Learn more)

A clean tasting natuarlly sweet coffee cup with hints of vanilla, choclate. These coffees come from several estates that we have special relationships. This coffee is shade grown and plantations are shared with several spice crops.

Indian Monsoon (Learn More)

High quality Indian Monsoon coffee whose origin and post harvest processing give it a unique taste. Though this coffee is an acquired taste, our roast is designed to make you enjoy a very complex and controversial varietal. The cup is light to medium bodied, low in acid with hints for spices.

Brazilian Fazenda Aurea

Our Brazilian is a natually pulped Brazil coffee. We roast it light to medium for coffee that is light to medium bodied, naturally sweet cup with a strong aftertaste of caramel and nuts.

Kenyan

A dark roast of the highest grade Kenyan coffee makes a bright perky cup. This coffee though highly acidic has a complex sweet, fruity, and lemony tones finished off with hints of chocolate.

Italian Espresso Blend

A light roasted Italian espresso that offers boldness, flavor and heaps of crema. Light flavor of nuts, nutmeg and chocolate. This roast is Moksha's version of a classic light to medium roasted Norhthern Italian style espresso

Indian Tiger Blend

An original special blend of Moksha. Indian Tiger Blend predominantly uses several Indian coffees for a clean cup taste and medium body. It serves very well for milk based espresso drinks.

Dancing Shiva Blend

Dancing Shiva is a smooth coffee roasted to medium dark to preserve the natural sugars and spicy nuances of Indian and Indonesian coffees. This coffee is low in acidity with a lot of body. Its earthy tones dont overpower the natural chocolate with hints of vanilla, caramel and other spices.

Moka-Timor

Moksha's variation of the popular Moka-Java blend. A blend of Indonesian and North African coffees. It is a bold, smooth, low acid coffee with a finish of light apricot, blueberry and chocolate.

 

Note: All our blends are also perfect to be used for espresso. They are smooth, bold and generate oodles of crema.
